As Episcopalians, we are followers of Jesus Christ.

We believe in a loving, liberating, life-giving God.

As a beloved child of God, everyone is worthy of dignity and respect. No exceptions.

Jesus sets us free from everything that diminishes and degrades a human life.

Everyone is on a journey with God. (The majority of us came from other Christian denominations.)

We take our baptism and our baptismal commitments seriously.

We are called to love and serve our neighbor.

We are part of the worldwide Anglican Communion.

Science and faith are not mutually exclusive.

Doubt is part of the journey of faith.

God gave us an intellect that can handle nuance. More than one thing can be true at the same time.
